The two partners, Sébastien in the dining room and Olivier in the kitchen, play on gastronomy. In the dining room, Sébastien offers a wine list with 70 references where mix local wines, Bordelais, Côtes du Rhône, Chile, Spain... Olivier, in the kitchen, has prepared a seasonal menu because he is only working with fresh and high-quality products (for example, the Aranda lamb). Chef Olivier Foussard was awarded the official title of “Maitre Restaurateur”.
